Step-by-step guide to export your data and move to Bella Booking. We offer free data migration with every plan.

Export your bookings
Go to Reports, then Booking details. Filter by date range, provider and status, choose which columns you want, and export to Excel or .csv.

Export your client list
Go to Reports, then Client report. Same filters and column picker, exported to Excel or .csv. This is the file we build your client database from.

Export what clients have already paid for
Reports also covers Payment transactions, Membership payments, Issued packages and Issued coupons. Export each one. These carry the balances behind unused memberships, packages and gift cards, and they are the only place those balances exist.

Capture your service menu
SimplyBook.me has no service-menu export. Send us the link to your booking page, plus a note of which custom features you had switched on, and we will rebuild the catalogue with pricing tiers, variants, add-ons and bundles.

A note on appointment history
We generally recommend not importing old appointment history. Importing past appointments can trigger unintended automated messages (reminders, follow-ups) and cause data inconsistencies. Your clients and services are the essential data for a clean start. If you do want some history carried over, we recommend a tight recent range (e.g. the last 3 months) — our migration team will ensure no notifications are sent accidentally.
Good to know
Everything comes out of the Reports section as Excel or .csv, one report at a time. There is no single button that exports the whole account, so pull bookings, clients, payment transactions, membership payments, issued packages and issued coupons separately before your subscription lapses. If you were on the Free plan, note that your custom features stop when the plan changes, so export while they are still switched on.
